Yes. We can design your product for you for additional fees. Each project is different so it’s best to give us a call to discuss so we can figure out the scope of the job.

Vector files are always the best. We recommend saving your finals as a PDF file with fonts converted to outlines if possible. You may also send Adobe Illustrator, EPS, SVG, JPEG, PNG and TIFF formats.

For the best printing results, we require all paper and card stock products to be a minimal of 300 DPI. For wide format products (banners, back drops, flags, table throws & signs) to a minimal of 150 DPI. CMYK color mode is required for all.

Yes. All of artwork is carefully inspected by our qualified staff of designers prior to printing. You will be notified if you artwork falls below our minimal requirements. If we feel the printing will fall short of our quality requirements we will notify you and you will be allowed to fix the issue or proceed with what was submitted.

The simple answer is no. Every device displays colors differently so we cannot guarantee what you see is what we see. The final print is determined by the CMYK values embedded in your artwork. Our goal is to print using the most pleasing color for all products.
